Fleet management and field service management software

Digital fleet management and scheduling offer you an overview of your service vehicles, staff, materials and job status and enables easy and swift invoicing. REEFTmobile is of course integrated with your ERP system. REEFTwebplanner is part of REEFTmobile. It is a web-based administrative tool for service companies in the field of HVAC, the service industry, electricity, refrigeration and trade.

All data from the REEFTmobile is presented in a clear way. The office will see a calendar where they can choose between different views depending on the required level of detail, and they will also be able to tell where the individual service engineer is and to get a job status. This means that through their phone, they can assign additional or urgent jobs to the service engineer who has the most time or who happens to be nearest to the location. The employees will have an overview of their jobs and can plan their day accordingly.

GPS – Track and trace – managing the location of all the cars

By means of the GPS in the REEFTmobile, the office can always see where the service engineers are and can choose the nearest car for urgent jobs.

When jobs are planned, and employees assigned to them, the office may select only those employees who are qualified to do the job, if a job requires special skills or certificates.

The service engineer can use the connection to the GPS to record driving time and document his day. He keys the customer’s address in his app, Google Maps, and finds his way.

REEFTmobile consists of four elements

  • REEFTwebplanner: A planning module for the office/administration
  • REEFTtouch app: An app for employees in the field
  • Database: For the documentation of each service check (optional module) and for keeping track of the history
  • Customer portal: Allows customers to view completed orders and historical data on the plant(s) that you service for them.

Everything is of course integrated with your ERP system.
