You will receive an automatic registration of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nStop time basis:<\/strong> Automatic registration of production time and stop time by means of a signal box that is connected to the controls of the production plant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic analyses:<\/strong> Display of collected data in number and time. Data can be displayed in a pie chart, bar chart and exported as plain text to Excel etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stop causes:<\/strong> Custom stop causes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stop cause intervals:<\/strong> Automatic stop cause definition, e.g. with the text short, medium, long or other description.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Global stop causes:<\/strong> Can be specified if the stop cause is to apply to all machines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual stop cause at machine level:<\/strong> Can be specified if the stop cause is only to be displayed on certain, specific machines. Therefore, the operator does not need to spend time looking in different systems and the creation of the different information only has to be done in one place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ERP integration input<\/strong> Typically, as a production company, you will have gathered most of the information about production, products and orders in your ERP system (financial system: Navision, C5, Axapta, BC365, SAP, M3 and others).
